Transparent façade that makes maximum use of the natural light and as a result almost eliminates the need to use electrical lighting. At Sopharma Business Towers the work hours are with 82% natural lightening. At diffuse light from outside (cloudy weather) at the furthest from the façade point, the measurements show 800lx (500 required for workplace).
Towers’ façade doesn’t allow outside noise, providing excellent sound conditions in the building- less than 30 decibels (maximum acceptable for the class A offices), this way it allows workers inside with the best working conditions for efficiency and maximum productivity.
The control of the light falling on the workplace is done through the blinds, which get a signal from their own wether station and special software changes the angle depending on the solar load on the facade.
